Evgenia brings over 14 years of experience in venture capital, technology, and finance.

Prior to joining Owl Ventures, Evgenia was a founding team member and Principal at 2xN, where she helped build and scale the firm from inception, including defining its investment strategy and raising a DeepTech-focused fund. She led fundraising and LP relationships and established core processes across sourcing, diligence, portfolio management, and investor relations, while also integrating ESG and DEI initiatives into the firm’s operations and making early-stage investments across AI and Quantum, EdTech and Future of Work, and Sustainability. She is particularly passionate about the role of education and technology in expanding access and opportunity, and is an advocate for sustainability and ESG within the VC and technology ecosystem. Previously, she worked on climate and sustainability investments at a PropTech-focused VC fund. Earlier in her career, Evgenia co-founded and operated an AI-driven HR technology startup and worked in banking at Barclays and Crédit Agricole.

Evgenia is British and French and holds a Master in Management from HEC Paris and an MBA from London Business School.
